Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems according to exact specifications.
- Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs.
- Safely operate hand tools and roofing equipment.
- Apply caulking and other materials to ensure proper waterproofing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain the clean, organized work environment that our clients consistently praise us for.
- Assist in the construction of roofing structures as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous roofing or shingling experience is preferred.
- Experience in carpentry or maintenance services is an asset.
- Proficiency with hand tools related to roofing and construction.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely at heights and adhere to safety standards.
